You can Buy or Lease Iranian domains.
Our lease program allows you to lease the domain for as many years as you wish; while the ownership remains with us, you will be able to direct the domain to your server, create emails, build online market place, and sell your products and services. You won't be abe to lease a domain to promote a competing website.
Leasing:
Yearly Payment: You pay 10% of domain price to start your lease agreement. Your yearly payment is only 10% of value of the domain.
You can cancel at anytime and remove
yourself from any more obligations.
You can buy the domain at anytime during the term of the lease.
For the first 3 years, your initial down payment and annual lease payments will be credited at 50% for purchase
of the domain. After 3 years, this credit will be removed.

ChaiIran.com
is $35,000 US Dollars.
To start, you pay a down payment of $3,500 US
Dollars. It coveras your first year.
Domain Prtice will remain the same for 3 years.
If on the 3rd year, you decide to buy the domain,
Your Down Payment:
$3,500; year 2 and 3: $3,500 each;
Total Paid: $10,500
50% of payments can be used for purchase of domain: $5,250
Remaining Balance: $35,000 - $5,250 = $29,750
If you decide not to purchase the domain, you can keep using it for annual payments. However, no credit will be given for purchase of domain.
Or you can cancel the agreement. There won't be any refund or credit upon cancellation of agreement.
